BCBS insurance

Anyone here have BCBS in Indiana?  I have them and I am about two months away from having my six months of documented weight loss history with my doctor, I have a BMI of 71.6, hypertension, joint pain, diabetes and GERD.  I was just wondering how easy or hard you who have BCBS and who have been approved or denied for WLS by BCBS think it will be to be approved?  I know it is all guess work, but any thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated!

I just posted to some one else earlier that i had bcbs and my paper work was turned in on a thursday and i was approved on a monday, they dont mess around up there... i was very happy with them in every respect. they were so nice to talk to on the phone and paid well.  I hated it when our company changed companies.  Good Luck, Carla
